Steve Malka is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in cloud-based contact center solutions and database management. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Technical Services at Five9 since December 2014, Steve has held various roles including Senior Optimization Consultant and Platform Engineer. Prior to Five9, Steve worked at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan as a Database Administrator, focusing on database management systems. Steve's career also includes experiences as a Database Administrator at Saint Elizabeth Health Care, IT Consultant at Oricon Group, and Five9/SalesForce Consultant at TMone. Additionally, Steve held the position of Manager of IT at Voysus Group Inc and co-founded and served as CIO/CTO at Tellnex Inc, implementing hosted call center technology. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
