Tarrall Poole

Tarrall Poole is an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in cloud contact center software implementation and customer relationship management. Currently at Five9 since June 2021, Tarrall leads the implementation of on-demand solutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction and business process improvements. Previously, Tarrall managed diverse Learning Content Development projects at Conduent, ensuring compliance and effective scope management across various industries. At Intellinex, LLC, Tarrall oversaw Learning Content Development with substantial program budgets, and earlier roles at MCI and NCO involved extensive training and quality management in business process outsourcing. Tarrall began a career at KPMG Consulting, where responsibilities included establishing PMOs and facilitating project management across global units. Educationally, Tarrall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College.
