Tim Esker

Tim Esker serves as the Regional Director for the Midwest Mid Market at Five9 since February 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Director of Pre Sales and Engineering for the Collaboration Portfolio at Cisco Systems from August 2004 to February 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing sales and pre-sales engineering of Cisco's Collaboration Solutions across the Great Lakes and Midwest States. Tim possesses expertise in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Telepresence, and Software as a Service/Cloud, managing a team of specialists and engineers to demonstrate the business impact of Cisco's solutions to customers. Tim holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing, Management, Finance, and Computer Science from Cleveland State University, completed between 1983 and 1987.
