Tim S. possesses extensive experience in customer support and technical account management, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Support - A.I. and Innovation at Five9 since January 2017. Tim has held multiple leadership roles at Five9, focusing on A.I. applications and technical management. Prior to Five9, Tim worked at Advantage Travel, LLC as Lead Developer, creating web applications for various operational needs, and owned Affordable Data Pro, LLC, offering IT development and consulting services. Additional experience includes consulting roles with Lowcountry Business Circle and Reservation Services International, as well as management of customer service operations at Escapes Worldwide, LLC. Tim holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music.
