Vasco Lima

Vasco Lima is a professional with a diverse background in both physical education and software engineering. Starting as a Staff member at Mapa Zero, Vasco instructed team-building activities and promoted outdoor lifestyles from 2007 to 2009. Subsequently, Vasco worked in public education, first as a PE Teacher at ABC Private School and later as Head of Physical Education at Belvedere British School, where strong leadership and departmental development were key responsibilities. From 2012 to 2015, Vasco served as a Personal Trainer at Fitness First Middle East, focusing on client fitness and nutrition goals. Transitioning into technology, Vasco held Software Engineer positions at Amyris and is currently at Five9, demonstrating adaptability in innovation and problem-solving across various technical projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Sports Studies, a Sport Science degree, and a certification as a Junior Fullstack Developer from Academia de Código.
