Vivek Sinha currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Five9 since March 2025. Prior to this role, Vivek was the Head of Product at Ikigai from May 2024 to April 2025, focusing on AI innovation in supply chain forecasting and planning. From January 2022 to April 2024, Vivek worked in Product Management at Google, where responsibilities included driving product strategy for AI-enabled automation of SMB customer journeys with Google Ads. Vivik previously held the position of Head of Product - B2B at Adobe Marketo from November 2017 to January 2022, leading the product strategy and launch of Adobe's B2B Customer Data Platform. Earlier in the career, Vivek was involved in product management at Model N, where work focused on launching a leading gross to net forecasting platform for Life Sciences customers. Vivek holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, earned between January 1997 and January 2001.
