Wendy Brown

Wendy Brown is a seasoned Program Manager at Five9 since October 2023, with a rich background in project management and health education. Prior experience includes roles at ConsumerMedical, where Wendy served as Senior Project Manager, Product Owner, and Business Analyst from October 2013 to May 2022, contributing to Agile, Salesforce, and project management initiatives while fostering education in health literacy. Wendy also held the position of Director of Health Education, leading a team focused on providing customized health content. Earlier, Wendy was a Reference Instruction Librarian at Harvard University from August 2005 to August 2013, engaging with students and faculty, and served as a Reference & Access Services Assistant, honing project management skills.
