Will Barnwell

Will Barnwell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in observability and site reliability engineering. Currently, Will serves as a Senior Observability Engineer at Five9, starting in August 2024. Previously, Will held senior and site reliability engineer positions at DataRobot from June 2019 to April 2024, and worked as a DevOps Engineer at Cisco from June 2017 to May 2019, where responsibilities included managing infrastructure as code for development and production. Prior experience includes a part-time role as a DevOps Engineer at MyWebGrocer, focusing on implementing Elastic Stack, and providing IT support as a Lead Technician at the University of Vermont, where Will also served as a Resident Assistant. Will holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Vermont, completed in 2017.
