In December 2025, FiveNines became a fully independent international data centre infrastructure business following a management buyout from the blu-3 Holdings Group. 

FiveNines is not a new company. We have been delivering complex, mission-critical data centre projects since 2018, with the same experienced leadership, team and delivery capability. 

The transaction established FiveNines as a standalone group with its own ownership, board, governance and balance sheet, providing clarity of focus as we continue to deliver world-class infrastructure safely and reliably across Europe and beyond.
