Ming Ng

Ming Ng, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Learning and Development Coach currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Fiverr since September 2020, providing professional coaching in presentations, training delivery, and career development, along with designing interactive workshops and training sessions. Previously, at Paychex from February to July 2021, Ming held roles as a Senior Learning Designer and Field Operations Trainer, responsible for developing payroll training programs and enhancing program quality through collaboration with internal leaders. Ming's experience also includes extensive roles at ADP starting in July 2021, where responsibilities involve analyzing payroll statutes and designing system solutions. Ming holds dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Communication and Media Studies from Rutgers University.
