Jake Donovan is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in Salesforce and systems engineering. Since July 2020, Jake has served as a Staff Systems Engineer in GTM Systems at Fivetran, previously holding roles as a Salesforce Solution Architect and Senior Salesforce Administrator. Prior to Fivetran, Jake worked at Publicis Sapient as a Salesforce Consultant and Business Systems Analyst from July 2019 to July 2020. Jake's career began at Ibotta, Inc. where roles included Salesforce System Administrator, Business Operations Manager, and Customer Support Manager from November 2014 to July 2019.
