James Simpson

James Simpson, CSM, currently serves as the Head of Revenue Enablement at Fivetran, leading the GTM Enablement team to enhance sales performance. With extensive experience in sales enablement, including roles as AVP and Chief of Staff to the Chief Revenue Officer at RingCentral, James developed comprehensive enablement strategies and launched a results-driven post-sales team. As a member of the Sales Enablement Society, James contributes to defining the sales enablement function. Prior roles include significant positions in training and customer service management at companies like Windstream, Verizon, and Republic Services. James holds a Diversity and Inclusion certificate from Cornell University and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Piedmont Community College.
