Jiyoung Yoon

Jiyoung Yoon currently serves as VP of Employee Engagement & Communications at Fivetran, a position held since 2021. Previously, Jiyoung was the Head of Internal & Crisis Communications at Waymo from April 2020 to October 2021 and the Head of Internal & Executive Communications/Employee Experience at Lyft from February 2018 to August 2019. Jiyoung's experience includes various leadership roles in global communications and change management at Genentech (2012-2018), managing editor and enterprise platform strategist at McKesson (2006-2012), and user experience strategist at AAA (2002-2006). Earlier career experience includes serving as a senior leader in content strategy at SCIENT CORP from 2001 to 2002. Jiyoung's educational background includes studies at San Francisco State University and a degree in Strategic Communications from Columbia University's International Perspectives Program.
