Kara Pierce

Kara Pierce is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Onboarding Manager for Fivetran since March 2022, Kara also held roles as Customer Onboarding Manager and Customer Success Manager within the same company. Prior to Fivetran, Kara worked at 2K as a Senior Project Manager, where oversight of complex, high-visibility projects was essential to advancing commercial operations initiatives. At Four Winds Interactive, Kara served as a Customer Success Executive and Senior Project Manager, managing significant implementation projects and fostering customer relationships. Earlier career experiences include roles at Cas Navarro Joint Venture, U.S. Department of Energy, and Formations, LLC. Kara holds a BS in Business Administration-Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business.
