They held leadership positions at Effective Inc. and TBWA\The Integer Group, where they developed talent management strategies and fostered inclusive work cultures. Currently, Kellie serves as the Global Director of HR Business Partner at Fivetran, following their tenure at Alteryx, where they supported significant organizational growth and transformation. Kellie is pursuing a BS in Business Administration at Colorado State University.
