Randy Brockway

Randy Brockway serves as the Global Director of HRBP for Engineering, Product, and Analytics at Fivetran, leading strategic HR initiatives across a global team of over 700 employees and multiple executives. With extensive experience in human resources, previous roles include Director of P&O Business Partner at SmileDirectClub, Director of HR for North America at ServiceSource, and various leadership positions at Schneider Electric and United Technologies. Randy holds a BSBA in Marketing from Appalachian State University, an MBA from Wake Forest University, and completed the Transforming Schneider Leadership Program at INSEAD with distinction.
