Vadim Grivachev

Vadim Grivachev is a seasoned engineering operations leader with over a decade of experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Manager in Engineering Operations at Fivetran since May 2021, Vadim successfully builds and leads a global team of Engineering Operations Program Managers, focusing on streamlining processes for over 400 engineers. Prior to Fivetran, Vadim worked at CorePartners, Inc. from 2012 to May 2021, where responsibilities included leading complex software development projects with international teams and managing various roles from Head of a Group to Software Tester. Vadim holds a Master's degree in Automated Control Systems from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
