Michael Norris has worked in the tech industry since 2000, beginning their career as an IT Manager for International Outsourcing Services. In 2005, they became an Owner/Consultant for Nortech Solutions. In 2011, they held multiple roles for RightRez, Inc., including Software Engineer/Systems Manager, Director of QA, Support, and Systems, and Tier 2 Analyst. That same year, they became an Applications Specialist for Cornerstone Information Systems. In 2015, they took on the role of Senior Application Systems Manager for Monroe County Community School Corporation. In 2017, they became a Professional Services Support Engineer for Passport. In 2019, they were an IT Configuration Manager for AECOM. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Senior Tech Support Developer for fiVISION.

Michael Norris attended Indiana Wesleyan University from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Business Information Systems. Prior to that, they attended Ivy Tech Community College-Bloomington from 2011 to 2012, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications.
