FIX offers Sauna & Ice Bath experiences. We offer guided experiences between the hot & the cold. Each experience has a theme, such as breathwork, sound healing, mobility, reflexology & gua sha, visualisation, meditation & much more. We have the UK's largest sauna and two very large socially designed ice baths cooled at varying temperatures, to cater for those new to cold plunge and those who are more experienced. We are based in the heart of Manchester city centre, in the Northern Quarter.
