We’re helping pioneer a new category of outdoor recreation — immersive, physical, and grounded in the simplicity of hot and cold. Our mission is to build an outdoor thermal culture that’s authentic to California, rooted in the belief that its landscapes should be more than just seen — they should be felt.

As more of life shifts online, we’re focused on what keeps us grounded: real, physical experiences that bring people back to their bodies, their surroundings, and each other.

We build and operate thermal spaces that are beautiful, restorative, and accessibly priced — helping make high-quality sauna and plunge experiences available to more people, in more meaningful locations.

We’re just getting started.
