FKS Land is committed to build and deliver good quality products with a great design, playing in a niche market field with an out-of-the-box concept for consumers, as well as becoming the choice of profitable investment with the highest value for investors. We strive to be different in providing new perspectives through our projects and business approaches.

FKS Land is a subsidiary of FKS Group. As part of the Group’s expansion and business diversification, FKS Land was established in 2002 to support the Group’s business performance through the establishment of Natura Industrial Estate warehousing and distribution centers that are located in Jakarta, Banjarmasin and Makassar. This initial success has brought the company to the real estate development business, developing a 700ha of modern township in Makassar called Tallasa City.
