FL Star develops properties from concept to completion, building a track record of landmark projects. The principals of FL Star development have experience locating, financially analyzing, conducting market research and negotiating land acquisition for various projects throughout Florida for future development. This includes putting together parcels, obtaining state, federal, and local permits for development, providing remediation services, developing infrastructure, and marketing the properties.

Our projects have included the development of more than 2,262 acres in Naples, a development of regional impact with commercial and residential components, a 23-acre luxury apartment complex with 296 apartments and both luxury and affordable single-family communities.

When you open the door to a home built by FL Star, you will step into a home that is built with care and professional expertise. Our approach is personal, working with you to determine the home design and site that perfectly fits your lifestyle, planning a timetable and budget to meet your needs. From ground breaking through every stage of construction, we are there to see that your new home is on time and on budget.

Years of combined experience in the construction industry – and the supervision of the building of hundreds of homes – is your assurance that what is behind the walls meets and exceeds the standards of the industry.

Our management team has extensive knowledge and experience that allows us to identify, qualify, acquire, manage and market these real estate assets.

We have begun and will continue to invest in a broad portfolio of real estate assets through targeting properties requiring entitlement, development, or repositioning in markets and submarkets with high growth potential.
