Nuria Cano

Nuria Cano is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at flaconi since June 2023. Previously, Nuria held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager Tech at Ladenzeile from February 2022 to April 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the complete recruiting life cycle and building a strong talent pipeline. Prior to that, Nuria worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Siemens from February 2017 to February 2022, managing end-to-end recruitment processes and conducting needs analysis with hiring leaders. Nuria's earlier experience includes roles as a Junior Human Resources Advisor at Siemens and positions in Organizational Development at Whirlpool Corporation and Training and Development at Daltile México - Mohawk Industries. Nuria holds a BSc in Psychology from Universidad Metropolitana de Monterrey, obtained in February 2017.
