Sven Hellmann

Sven Hellmann has a diverse work experience across multiple roles and industries. Sven recently held the position of Head of People & Culture at flaconi, where they were responsible for managing the talent acquisition and HRBP teams. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition & People Analytics Manager at the same company. Sven also gained experience in recruitment and people analytics while serving as a Recruiter & People Analytics Manager and a Junior Recruiter at flaconi.

Before joining flaconi, Sven served as the Head of Corporate Affairs at BITKOM e.V. and as a Controlling Specialist at BASF. Sven also had a Controlling role at Metropolregion Rhein-Neckar and worked as a Financial Analyst at Oaklins Austria. Sven started their career in business development at Versus Language Solution GmbH.

Sven Hellmann completed their education at the University of Applied Sciences Worms, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business Administration from 2011 to 2016. Following this, they pursued further studies at the same institution and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in International Management from 2016 to 2018.
