Tyne Hayflinger is an experienced professional in the behavioral health and educational sectors, currently serving as a Housing and Income Specialist at Safe Harbor’s of the Finger Lakes since October 2022, focusing on domestic violence, child abuse, trafficking, and youth prevention.
