Claire Cherrington

Claire Cherrington is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Fladgate LLP since April 2022, Claire previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Bates Wells from January 2020 to April 2022. Prior to that, Claire was the Head of HR for Finance & Projects at Linklaters for nearly 20 years, from August 2000 to January 2020. Claire's career began as a Recruiter at PSD Group from 1998 to 2000, and earlier as an Account Executive at Enterprise IG from 1996 to 1998.
