Graham Spitz

Graham Spitz is a corporate and venture capital lawyer currently serving as a Partner at Fladgate LLP and heading the Venture Capital Group. With experience advising corporates, startups, and venture fund investors, they have played key roles in significant transactions, particularly in the green energy and electric vehicle infrastructure sectors. Graham is also a Committee Member of the American Bar Association's Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee and mentors students at The University of Law and ORT UK. Passionate about diversity and gender equality, they actively contribute to their organization’s Diversity and Inclusivity Policy as a Male Champion for Change. Outside of work, Graham enjoys spending time with their teenage children, staying active with Peloton classes, walking the dog, and playing golf.
