Nicola Thomas is currently the Head of Recruitment at Fladgate LLP, where Nicola manages the recruitment processes for lateral Partner hires, Senior Associates, Associates, Business Support, and Graduates. Prior to this role, Nicola worked as a Consultant at Chadwick Nott for nearly a decade, where Nicola specialized in global legal recruitment. Nicola also has experience as a Paralegal at Lyons Davidson. Nicola holds a LLB Law degree from the University of Sussex.
