Richard Evans

Richard Evans is a Partner at Fladgate LLP since February 2025 and previously held the same position at Memery Crystal LLP from June 2010 to February 2025. Specializing in all aspects of real estate litigation, Richard represents landlords, tenants, developers, and various investors. Areas of expertise include disputes related to breach of covenant, forfeiture, rent reviews, 1954 Act lease renewals, possession, rent recovery, dilapidations, applications for consent to assign, trespass, and insolvency-related claims. Richard holds a Legal Practice Certificate from the College of Law Guildford and an LLB & LLM in Law from the University of Sussex.
