Usten

Cem Usten is a Senior Associate at Fladgate LLP, with experience in corporate and commercial law including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and overseas investments into the UK. Prior to their current role, Cem held positions at Shakespeare Martineau and MacRae & Co LLP. Usten holds a LLB (Hons) in Law from The University of Edinburgh, an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and completed their LPC at The University of Law. Cem also completed their International Baccalaureate at ACS International Schools before pursuing their legal education.
