Joseph Jim is an accomplished sales professional with a strong background in account management and sales leadership. Joseph began a career at Pacnet in June 2010 as a sales trainee and transitioned to an account manager role by 2011, remaining until March 2013. After Pacnet's acquisition, Joseph advanced to Telstra International, serving as Account Director and Sales Team Manager from July 2024 to October 2025, focusing on maintaining relationships with global accounts in North Asia.
