Oussama Abba

Oussama ABBA is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in logistics and marketing. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President at FLAG since May 2025, Oussama previously held significant roles including Head of Marketing and Commercial Support at DHL from August 2023 to June 2025, and Managing Director at Abdul Latif Jameel Logistics from 2018 to 2023, where Oussama led digital transformation initiatives and enhanced service offerings. Prior experience includes positions as GCC General Manager at Almajdouie Logistics, Sales Director at Averda, and Head of Commercial at DHL, where Oussama was instrumental in developing commercial strategies and driving business growth. Oussama holds a Master’s degree in Total Quality Management from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines and a Bachelor's degree in Management with a Finance major from Paris School of Business.
