Sophie Charters

Sophie Charters is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Flag since October 2022, Sophie previously held the position of HR Manager within the same company. Prior to Flag, Sophie worked as an HR Business Partner at Aston Martin F1 Team from September 2021 to October 2022 and at Collins Aerospace from July 2019 to September 2021. Earlier in the career, Sophie gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Advisor and Administrator at Suzuki GB PLC from August 2011 to April 2019. Sophie holds GCSE qualifications from Sir Frank Makham Community School, where education was completed from 2003 to 2007.
