Matheus Barros is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in marketing and creative services. As the Founder and CEO of FLAGCX since January 2012, Matheus has established a dynamic ecosystem focused on innovative solutions for organizations. Additionally, Matheus serves as Partner and COO at MATTER, Co-Founder at BPool, and Chief Strategy Officer at CUBO, where strategic collaboration is emphasized to address complex branding and design challenges. Matheus is also an advisor for COSMO Rio and previously held board membership with the Society of Digital Agencies. Matheus's early career includes roles in marketing at Unilever and operational leadership at CUBOCC, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from ESPM and ongoing education at Harvard Business School.
