Flaggity is a production and quality management platform built for steel fabricators, manufacturers, and construction contractors.

We built Flaggity because the tools available to SMB manufacturers are broken at both ends. Enterprise MES systems cost $375,000 to implement and require dedicated IT staff. Generic inspection tools like iAuditor weren't built for welding and have no understanding of ISO, AWS, ASME, or API standards.

Nothing in between existed.

Flaggity fills that gap — enterprise-grade quality and production management at SMB pricing.

What Flaggity does:

Quality Management
→ AI weld inspection with specific clause citations across 14 international standards — ISO 5817, AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, API 1104, CSA W59, and more
→ Formal inspection certificates with digital signature and QR verification
→ NCR nonconformance reports and CAPA corrective action workflow with AI root cause analysis
→ Supplier quality scorecards and audit management

Production Management
→ Live WIP Dashboard showing every unit's production stage in real time
→ Job Costing tracking actual labor hours and costs per unit, per stage, per worker
→ Bottleneck detection with labor reassignment alerts
→ Secure shop floor kiosk — workers clock in by tapping their name, no individual logins needed

Workforce Management
→ Worker Registry covering all trades — welders, painters, fitters, inspectors — with certification expiry tracking and alerts
→ Role-aware interface per user type — Inspector, Manager, Plant Manager etc.

Who we serve:

Steel fabricators, construction contractors, manufacturers, and oil and gas operators with 15 to 500 employees across North America, UK, UAE, and Japan.
