Clifford Roecker is an experienced Full Stack Web Developer currently working at Flagrant and LEARN Academy. Prior to this, Clifford served as a Sr. Technical Program Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where Clifford led a team of engineers, logisticians, and government staff for mission-critical systems. Clifford also worked as an Operations Manager at Maritime Support Leasing and served in the U.S. Coast Guard as a Boatswains Mate. Clifford holds a degree in Full-Stack Web Development from LEARN Academy and has a background in leadership, problem-solving, and technical program management.
