Grayson Hansard

Grayson Hansard is a seasoned engineer with extensive experience in leadership and software development. Currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Flagship since October 2023, Grayson previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager at Bitrise, where responsibilities included leading the Mobile Experts pillar and fostering team growth. As Engineering Director at WillowTree, Grayson successfully expanded a small engineering team into a robust unit that supported numerous projects and clients. Grayson’s career began at Faithlife as a Software Developer, focusing on multi-platform applications and improving cross-platform user interfaces. Grayson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vanderbilt University and two advanced degrees from Yale Divinity School, including a Master of Divinity.
