Tom Evans

Tom Evans has a diverse and successful work experience in the recruitment industry. Tom started their career as a Recruitment (University Placement) at IBM, where they placed over 400 undergraduate students into placement year schemes. Tom then joined Randstad as a Senior Account Executive, responsible for setting up and growing the consultancy business in the built environment sector and leading a team of permanent consultants. Currently, they are the Managing Director of Flagship Consulting, a specialist construction recruitment and executive search consultancy, providing a first-class service to clients in the UK and overseas.

Tom Evans attended Nottingham Trent University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies.
