Ben Rout has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as Finance Manager for Housing and Central Services at Flagship Group since May 2022. Prior to this role, Ben worked at Grant Thornton UK LLP as Assistant Audit Manager and Audit Associate from December 2017 to May 2022. Military service includes time with the British Army as a Parachute Regiment Reserve from December 2015 to December 2021 and as an Officer Cadet from October 2013 to July 2015. Early work experience includes a position as a Sales Advisor at Argos from October 2010 to December 2014. Ben Rout holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of York (2012-2016) and A Levels in Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics, and World Development from Colchester Sixth Form College (2010-2012).
