Ben Watts is an experienced health and safety professional with a strong background in the housing sector. Since January 2022, Ben has served as the Head of Health and Safety at Flagship Group, after previously holding the position of Group Senior Health and Safety Manager (Systems & Integration) at the same company. Prior to this role, Ben was the Group Health and Safety Advisor at Flagship Housing Group Limited from August 2019 to November 2023 and worked as the Health and Safety Manager at West Suffolk College from January 2019 to August 2019. Ben also gained valuable experience as a Health and Safety Adviser at Notting Hill Genesis from June 2013 to January 2019.
