Derek Toms

Derek Toms is an experienced professional with a diverse background in print production, project management, and correctional facility operations. Currently serving as a Neighbourhood Officer at Flagship_Group since August 2023, Derek previously worked at Serco as a Prison Officer, focusing on young adults in custody. Prior to that, Derek spent over two decades at Albéa, where responsibilities included managing print production with a team of up to 30 individuals, overseeing machine press validations in Canada, and introducing new flexographic machinery. Additionally, Derek has a solid foundation in artwork management and production team leadership from time spent at Betts Group, handling customer artwork processes and leading teams in printing operations.
