Interim CFO at Flagship Group

Jonathan Mcmanus has over a decade of experience in finance, beginning their career in 2006 as a Finance Manager for HomeServe. In this role, they were responsible for integration of an acquisition, key member of senior management, set up and development of a new finance team, monthly reporting, review of risks and opportunities, preparing market reviews and pricing structures, involvement in tenders and contract reviews, and leading a process review project. Jonathan was also the financial and commercial lead on the division’s highest priority project, which included responsibility for financial governance, preparation of finance models, commercial pricing, contract negotiation, and documenting finance processes.

In 2009, Jonathan left HomeServe to take on the role of Finance Manager for Evander. In this role they were responsible for commercial modelling, heavily involved in the sale process, supplying financial information to potential purchasers, implementing new financial and KPI reporting, and budget modelling.

In 2010 Jonathan joined Flagship Group as the Director of Group Finance. In this role they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management for the company.

Jonathan Mcmanus reports to David Armstrong, Chief Financial Officer.
