Leah Richards

Leah Richards has extensive experience in business systems management and analysis, currently serving as Business Systems Manager and previously as Business Systems Analyst at Flagship Group since January 2019. Prior to this role, Leah worked at Victory Housing Trust from June 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities included Business Systems Analyst, Customer Services Manager, and Customer Services Advisor positions. Leah holds a degree in Social Policy from Anglia Ruskin University, completed in 2014.
