Lisa Collen has a diverse background in human resources, with experience working for various companies such as Flagship_Group, The Forum Norwich, Inspire Suffolk, Crane Co., BBC, ITV, Kettle Foods, British Rail, and GTRM. Lisa has held positions such as Director People & Workplaces, Vice-President Human Resources, HR Business Partner, Head of HR, Trustee, and board committee member. Lisa has also served as the Head Judge for the Archant Norfolk Recruitment Awards. Lisa has furthered their education with courses at ACAS and Hult Ashridge.
