Lisa Collen

Lisa Collen is the current Director of People and Workplaces at Flagship Group. Lisa has previously held positions at Inspire Suffolk, Crane Co., BBC, ITV, Kettle Foods, Archant Norfolk Recruitment Awards, and British Rail and GTRM (Railway Maintenance). Lisa has over 30 years of experience in Human Resources.

Lisa Collen has a background in workplace mediation from the ACAS, and also has a certification from the CIPD. Lisa also has a degree from the Ashridge Executive Education program at the Hult International Business School.

Their manager is David Mcquade, Chief Executive. They are on a team with Lorna Blackmore - Director of Communications & Integration, Matt Brazier - Director of IT & Systems, and Nick Bartram - Managing Director, Gasway Services.
