Rob Bennett

Rob Bennett is a Non-Executive Director at Flagship Group. Prior to their current position, they served as an Advisory Board Member for The Salvation Army from September 2010 to August 2012. The Salvation Army is an international Christian organization that began its work in Canada in 1882 and has grown to become the largest non-governmental direct provider of social services in the country.

Bennett also served as a Board Member for the Greater Victoria Chamber of Commerce from October 2009 to December 2011. In this role, they were responsible for providing direction and oversight for the Chamber's programs and initiatives aimed at supporting businesses in the Greater Victoria area.

From November 2007 to October 2011, Bennett served as President and COO of Simation Global Technology Ltd., a Canadian-based company that provides simulation software and services to clients in the aerospace, defense, and security industries. As President and COO, they were responsible for leading the company's day-to-day operations and overseeing its global expansion.

Prior to their role at Simation Global Technology Ltd., Bennett served as Chief Operating Officer and Program Director at VIATEC, an organization that supports the growth of technology companies in Vancouver Island's Capital Region. In this role, they were responsible for leading the organization's day-to-day operations, developing and implementing programs designed to support the growth of technology companies, and overseeing the organization's finances.
