Tom Skinner

Tom Skinner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as In-House Counsel at Flagship_Group since October 2022. Prior to this, Tom was the Director of Property Development at Howes Percival from April 2017 to September 2022, where responsibilities included advising developers, lenders, investors, and landowners in commercial property matters. Tom's legal career began as a Paralegal at Priority Law Limited from April 2014 to October 2016, followed by roles as Associate Solicitor and Trainee Solicitor at the same firm. Earlier experience includes serving as Volunteer Recruitment and Development Officer at Healthwatch Manchester and Project Manager and Training Co-ordinator at ReachOut!. Tom holds a LPC and GDL from The University of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from The University of Manchester.
