Niki Ralston had worked in recruiting alongside Brian for 14+ years when taking over as President / Owner in 2021.  She and the team maintain a focus on matchmaking the ideal candidates and companies,  

Our company has since expanded our recruiting demographic to include Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Consultants, Training, Business Development, Implementation, and many others.
