Gareth Young

Gareth Young is a Senior Digital Product Designer and speaker, currently working at Flagstone since 2025. They have previously held positions as a Senior UX Designer at Ultraleap and as a Senior UX/UI Designer at comparethemarket.com, where they achieved significant increases in mobile app engagement and sales. Gareth's expertise is underscored by their impactful designs, including a redesign for Goodlord’s letting agency software and a mid-air haptic infotainment system for DS Automobiles, which received extensive press coverage. They have also contributed to several industry events as a speaker, sharing insights on inclusive design and product leadership. Gareth obtained a BSc in Computer Information Systems from the University of Bath in 2009.
