Jane Minto

Jane Minto is currently a Staff Experience Strategist at Flagstone, where they focus on solving real people's problems through design thinking with an emphasis on evidence and empathy. Previously, Jane held roles as a Lead User Researcher and Senior UX Consultant at various companies, including Inviqa and Webcredible, where they collaborated with clients to enhance user-centric experiences and led cross-functional teams. Jane began their career as a Junior User Experience Designer at Brilliant Basics and has developed skills across multiple domains, incorporating user research and design practices into every project. They hold a BA in French and English Literature from the University of Reading and continue to pursue education at Université Stendhal.
