Shivank Sharma is currently the Analytics Engineering Team Lead at Flagstone, a London-based FinTech scale-up, where they lead the Analytics Engineering team. With extensive experience in building scalable data platforms, Shivank specializes in analytics engineering and data products. Prior to their role at Flagstone, they served as an Analytics Manager at Deloitte from 2022 to 2025 and worked as a Consultant and Senior Consultant at Deloitte UK from 2018 to 2020. Shivank also participated in the Business Innovation Programme at the University of Southampton in 2017 and completed a Summer Research Internship at Marwell Wildlife that same year. Shivank is pursuing a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Southampton while also engaging in a Summer Exchange program focused on Artificial Intelligence and the Global Economic Environment at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
